Voices of Indigenous people have long been ignored and silenced in North America, including voices of Chefs. This campaign focuses on creating a space for Native Chefs to be heard, their food ways, their knowledge, their stories. Being perpetually systematically silenced impacts not just future customers but other Indigenous people who dream of becoming chefs and making their mark on the world through food. A goal of this content is to share resources, grant and educational opportunities, with future restaurant industry leaders in First People communities.
